Always so helpful, always answer the phone - but they email and text for ease if you prefer too, always positive and nice to chat to, and completely invaluable in helping to push the sale through. Tried Lesley Greaves after our first estate agent only got us 2 viewings in 20 weeks. Within a couple of weeks with Lesley Greaves we had multiple viewings and an offer which we had accepted, all at the same price it had been on for with the other estate agent. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and it was no issue when we asked them to explain things. They helped us through the entire process and nothing was tp much trouble for them. Following an excellent experience with Lesley Greaves selling a house 3: years ago, I chose to use them again when selling a flat. What a decision this was. The sale twice fell apart days from completion, Lesley Greaves were excellent with supporting through this and proactive in finding yet another buyer. Finally a year later the sale has completed. Overall they've worked extremely hard for a commission on a low priced flat. Jade in particular has been excellent. I will use them again in the future that's for sure.
