We can offer you a personal service from start to finish, ensuring you get that property you want with all help given, advertising on the internet has opened out how clients look at us, it has also made us become a nationwide agent if not worldwide but with the local knowledge of Nottingham.

We offer our clients the choice of how they want their property to be marketed, One of our packages for sale allows us to take full control of the viewings enabling our trained staff to show clients around properties to suit them any day of the week to include a Sunday. We believe the viewing service is so important as it enables clients to feel comfortable to look around and for us to ask questions and find out their thoughts and enables us to advise them on the area, market, or any work which may be required.  The viewer is not shown around by a member of staff that only does accompanied viewings, it is by staff that has full knowledge of the property, the accompanied viewing service is there to make life easier for both viewer and vender/landlord enabling us to talk to them with ease and to encourage.

Our business has appointed business relations with Mark Carr working alongside us to offer mortgage advise to clients, Steve Thrower from marble property services with land and new home development, LMS creating all of our hip’s and Young and Pearce solicitors joining us in the new premises as well as relations with Yates and co solicitors, Nottingham. Moving into the surrounding areas has never been so easy!
